Trade-In Concierge Dealer Mobile Bidding App

The Trade-In Concierge (TiC) Dealer Mobile Bidding App allows auto dealers to review bid requests submitted by TiC consumers and respond to them in real-time. The app will display all of the details of a consumer bid request, including vehicle pictures, the vehicle condition report, and estimated book and auction values. Based on the provided information, the dealer user can then finalize the offer value for the consumer’s vehicle, which will be communicated to the consumer. Dealers will also have the ability to respond to consumer counter-bid requests directly from the application.
